Totally made this and some champagne-feta risotto last night with my best friend, Ali. The risotto is a recipe my dad published back in 2000, and it was the first time I made it on my own. It came out fantastic!
And the cake? Not too shabby for the first filling cake we’ve ever made. Can you tell it’s a heart? Four layers is a whole lotta cake.
