Let’s stay home,
My too-good-to-be-true.
Guilty, giddy grin
And I want to reveal.
Stripped, unfurled,
Sucking it in.
Some nakedly lesson-laden sitcom,
Standing in the dark.
The magic combination

Moving faster..
Find my sheets
Your tongue
Venture farther south,
Pressure is mounting
Senseless, wet whiteness
Inhale, exhale

Found poetry is a type of poetry created by taking words, phrases, and sometimes whole passages from other sources and reframing them as poetry by making changes in spacing and/or lines (and consequently meaning), or by altering the text by additions and/or deletions.
We were handed 3 news articles today in my creative writing class and told to create a found poem. My found poem is fairly risque for me. It’s not what I normally write.. but it’s not uncharacteristic of me.
It will be making it’s debut at the end of this Frisky Friday.
Just because it’s Wednesday, and I can.
What a life I have..
